“Healthy relationships have quality time,” said Jennifer Harman, a professor that is associate CSU’s therapy division. “You do things unconditionally. It is not only saying the good, but in addition perhaps maybe maybe not saying the mean. They express care, and love goes quite a distance.”
The need for a relationship has not changed much despite technology changing the world radically within the last 20 years.

Technology has managed to get easier for individuals to access understand each other and communicate with other people they may have not talked to otherwise, said Harman, whom also explained d ating apps are “good for those who are timid and also have difficulty presenting on their own.”
