1.14.1—Sex/Gender Discrimination, Harassment and/or Sexual Misconduct


Whenever Michigan Tech gets a study of sex/gender based discrimination, harassment and/ or sexual misconduct, the campus Title IX Coordinator is notified. The University will react to violations of the policy through many different paths, informally and/or formally, with all the goal of educating all ongoing events involved.


The Title IX Coordinator, or designee, will offer assist with the party that is reporting responding celebration by means of interim measures such as for instance possibilities including although not restricted to scholastic rooms; alterations in housing; visa and immigration help; no contact sales, alterations in working circumstances; as well as other help as can be appropriate and available on campus or perhaps in the city.
